Changing Beliefs at Cellular Level

Hold your affirmation or desired belief in mind
Ask, Do I know this at every part of my being?
Check it
If no
Feel in which part of your body does not accept it as truth
Go there and ask it what it needs to believe this
Give that thing to the area – at cellular level (it may be words, love, forgiveness etc)
Keep asking until your whole body knows the fact in each cell –
then it is done

For each of my cells contains the Universe
And what I know is in each cell, I know is in my Universe
And thus it is so
